Connect teams and systems

Internal tools and automation

Internal applications, enterprise integrations and multi-agent platforms built around your teams, business rules and connected systems.

What we can build together

Disconnected systems, scattered information and repeated tasks can make complex operations difficult to manage. I build internal applications and platforms that connect your teams, data and business systems.

The work can span operational interfaces, business rules, backend services, enterprise integrations and AI agents, with clear access controls and visibility into how the system is running.

This is a useful starting point if…

  • Your teams need an application that brings several workflows, user roles and business systems together.
  • You need to coordinate work across APIs, background jobs and third-party services.
  • Employees need access to company knowledge and tools through an AI assistant or multi-agent platform.
  • Your operations require permissions, audit history and reliable handling of exceptions.

The scope we agree

What the engagement can include

Internal applications and platforms

Operational interfaces, administration tools and backend services that support your business rules, user roles and connected workflows.

Integrations and agent systems

Connections to enterprise APIs, data sources and company knowledge, with background processing or specialist agents where the application needs them.

Reliable operation and ownership

Access controls, workflow and conversation state, audit history, monitoring and recovery, supported by testing, deployment and documentation.

How I work

Progress you can review

  1. Map the system and its users

We define the workflows, roles, data, connected systems and operating constraints, including exception handling and responsibilities.

  2. Build connected capabilities in stages

I build and demonstrate working features in stages, so your team can review how interfaces, services, integrations and agents work together.

  3. Validate and roll out

Test connected workflows, permissions, failure handling and performance in the agreed environment. Plan the rollout, document the system and prepare your team to operate it.

  4. Support and improve (optional)

A separate support engagement can cover maintaining integrations, resolving issues and adapting the platform as your team’s processes and systems change.

We agree the applications, workflows, roles and integrations in scope, including data migration, hosting and rollout requirements. The proposal defines milestones, cost and responsibilities. Ongoing maintenance, integration changes and further development are optional additional work, agreed and priced separately.

Before we start

Can this work with the systems we already use?

Yes, where the systems provide suitable access. I review their APIs, authentication, data models and operating constraints to define the integrations, access requirements and release plan.

Can you build a platform with several workflows and integrations?

Yes. We define the system as a whole, then organise delivery around connected capabilities and reviewable milestones. That can include multiple user roles, administration, long-running work and dependencies between systems.

Do you build multi-agent and AI-powered internal platforms?

Yes. I can build applications that combine company knowledge, specialist agents and actions in connected systems. We define access, quality checks, conversation state and how people take over when needed.

What happens when an automated step fails?

We define that before shipping: how the failure is recorded, whether retrying is safe and who can recover the work. The right behavior depends on the action and the system being integrated.

Can you support the platform after rollout?

Yes, as additional work. Ongoing support is not included by default. We separately agree the scope, cost and terms for fixes, changes to connected systems or improvements based on your team’s feedback.
