Internal Multi Agent Platform
An employee support platform built for Comoto Holdings, connecting company knowledge, enterprise systems and human support in one conversation.
Employees needed a way to find company guidance, work with connected systems and reach the support team without starting a new conversation at each step.
The platform brings those paths together in an existing chat workspace, with specialist assistants, enterprise integrations and a handoff to human support.

A clear starting point
Keep the application name, the access you need and what happens when you try together in the request.
Those details give the conversation a useful starting point if further support is needed.
Knowledge is the starting point.
The request needs relevant guidance. A specialist retrieves it and returns the result to the employee’s conversation.
Which application are you trying to access, and what happens when you sign in?
The support reply returns to the employee’s conversation, alongside the original question.

01
Connect the whole support journey
I worked on the conversational interface and specialist workflows behind it. A request could lead to relevant guidance, an action in a connected system or help from the support team.
Follow-up messages retained the context of the original request, allowing the employee to continue the conversation as their needs became clearer.
02
Give specialists clear responsibilities
Specialist assistants handled different kinds of requests. I connected them to the application and enterprise integrations, including response handling and conversation state.
Predictable workflows used explicit application logic. Model-based coordination handled requests that needed interpretation, keeping routine decisions straightforward to test and maintain.
03
Make human handoff part of the product
I implemented handoff workflows that connected the employee conversation with human support. The original request and its context stayed available when a person took over.
This connected the chat interface, APIs and saved conversation state, so both the employee and support team could continue the same interaction.
04
Support administration and operation
My work included application and data support for assistant configuration, connected knowledge and operational visibility. Health reporting and integration handling helped the team understand the state of the system.
05
A connected employee support workflow
The resulting implementation gave employees a path from a question to company guidance, connected workflows or human help. Conversations retained their context, and the team had tools to configure and operate the platform.
